We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Office Information
Fees are based on the length of the visit and the complexity of the problems and services provided (examination, physical treatments, etc.), fees may vary somewhat. First visits are generally one hour in length.
Return visits are generally 30-60 minutes in length. The fee for a straightforward return visit of 30 minutes will be approximately $125. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept payment by check, cash, VISA or MasterCard.
Dr. Traub will provide most, if not all, of the products/medicines that he recommends for you. If you wish to request refills, please contact the office by email, or call the office in Hawaii at least one week prior to when you wish to receive the package.
Email is preferred for general questions and updates.
Phone calls in excess of five minutes may be billed as phone consultations at a rate of $25 for each 10 minutes.
