Manual Therapy and Manipulation
Dr. Traub treats back and neck problems with manual therapies and manipulation. A careful examination is performed to diagnose musculoskeletal and neurological dysfunction. Areas of muscular tension are treated with massage, stretching, mobilization and low-force manipulation. Craniosacral therapy is utilized when indicated. Instruction in specific therapeutic exercises is provided to reduce patient reliance on passive therapy and encourage independence in care of the spine.
