- turn right on Queen Kaahumanu Hwy towards Kailua Kona
- travel about 5 miles
- turn left on Hinalani Street (traffic light)
- take second right at Kamanu Street
- turn left at Maiau Street (Kamanu Center – see Costco on right)
- turn right into parking lot
- clinic is all the way down at the end of the parking lot – upstairs
From Kailua Kona:

- turn right on Hinalani Street (traffic light)
- take second right at Kamanu Street
- turn left at Maiau Street (Kamanu Center – see Costco on right)
- turn right into parking lot

- take Hwy 19 (upper road from Waimea) to Kona
- turn right on Hinalani Street (just before junction with Mamalohoa Hwy)
- turn left on Kamanu Street
- turn left at Maiau Street (Kamanu Center – see Costco on right)
- turn right into parking lot
- clinic is all the way down at the end of the parking lot – upstairs
