• turn right on Queen Kaahumanu Hwy towards Kailua Kona
• travel about 5 miles
• turn left on Hinalani Street (traffic light)
• take second right at Kamanu Street
• turn left at Maiau Street (Kamanu Center – see Costco on right)
• turn right into parking lot
• clinic is all the way down at the end of the parking lot – upstairs

From Kailua Kona:

• take Queen Kaahumanu Hwy towards airport
• turn right on Hinalani Street (traffic light)
• take second right at Kamanu Street
• turn left at Maiau Street (Kamanu Center – see Costco on right)
• turn right into parking lot
• clinic is all the way down at the end of the parking lot – upstairs

From Waimea:

• take Hwy 19 (upper road from Waimea) to Kona
• turn right on Hinalani Street (just before junction with Mamalohoa Hwy)
• turn left on Kamanu Street
• turn left at Maiau Street (Kamanu Center – see Costco on right)
• turn right into parking lot
• clinic is all the way down at the end of the parking lot – upstairs
